Shenzen Customs has seen an increase in the number of young suspects involved in cross-border drug use and trafficking since the start of this year.The low prices have made ketamine more appealing to young people as gram of cocaine can be ten times more expensive than a gram of ketamine.

The ketamine problem in Hong Kong has been causing concern as Police have arrested children as young as 13 for Drug Offences according to the Commissioner for Narcotics Sally Wong. But ketamine use is not only confined to youth culture and it is reported to be the second-most popular drug among all age groups in Hong Kong.

video looks fckin fake right? chick isnt from HK, she has a village dialect. she is prolly mainland chinese. whoever put it out, wants to put a scare on the traffickers, and the use of K. its not even cantonese... this video and article is complete BUNK

hypethetical Q: girl dead though... so if u snorted the most k, but died, u still won right? kinda takes incentive out of winning. should prop yr dead body up and hand u some award. each contestant should have a pre-written acceptance speech incase they die.

i remember back in the party days of china... we would play "chai mui" (calling 0/5/10/15/20 game) for lines of K... loser has to do a rail... sometimes even stoop as low as rochambeau (rock, paper, scicors)

thats like saying my mom speaks english with a cantonese accent so she cant possibly be canadian. tons of mainlanders reside in hong kong now.
