Just heard this from the most reliable source I have.

can anyone confirm and maybe shed some light on this?

Tisk tisk... this is how tech heads like myself (and probably some of you guys too) end up seeking out private loft parties.

Guess it's pretty inevitable as the names on any reoccurring party's lineup get bigger and as their events take place more frequently.

Was this held at the spot on Ingraham? If so, I guess they wore out their welcome. Sucks, if thats the case, cuz that spot is great.

the cops need to go do something w/themselves. i think i might not mind them being around to break up parties all the time if they were around just as often when i actually need help.

I'm not here nearly enough to peruse online forum identities, but from the occasional pop in that i do, I can already peg the bitch and moaner quite obvious to say the least...

I didn't edit any shit talking. I only removed the location.

idk what the main cause was for the bust but i only ask myself, wth would throw a party on Mc Guiness Blvd? that streeet is packed with cops!!!! once i got the location email i smelled trouble already

Everyone acts like these party locations are such a big secret from the police department. If the PD really wanted to know where & when they are being held it wouldn't be very hard for them to get an insider added to the mailing list.

I don't think that's the case. It's just a matter of keeping a low profile. It's a smart thing to do in general. (and it doesn't have to mean you have something to hide) Of course the police can stage an investigation into anything they want, but they won't waste their resources on something unless it's really making some noise. Also, it's about respecting the promoters' wishes. Without them, these things wouldn't happen.

The cops don't care about a few hundred determined clubbers having a good time. What they care about is that news of a party spreads and draws noobies from the burb's who don't know how to handle their shit. Then these morons either do something stupid and cause a bunch of attention on the scene and the cops come in and cause a ruckus.

It aint rocket science people. You've got to be a complete MORON to post party info when asked not to do so. You're the kind of ppl we don't want showing up.
