I want to make a new thread but cant think of something interesting... one I thought was about discussing how ugly Gordon Brown looks (UK PM).. but kindda lacks imagination. So you suggest me something else.

Make a thread about relationships, but be sure to drop usernames and such. Even invite people to post pictures of themselves or others. Everyone loves things that involve them personally - well, maybe not love, but they'll certainly flock to it like bugs to a light.

let's talk about cruises.

am i the only person who has no desire to go on a cruise? seems like a waste of money to me. you're forced to sit at dinner tables with strangers every night and the drinks are overpriced and the whole ship is filled with things you can do at home lol

to me it's like paying more money to stay in a hotel the entire time while on vacation.

the only cruise i'm interested in is an alaskan one. who's been?

oh, and now he'll be posting my pics in a 'post fat peoples pics' thread again soon, due to his rather homosexual fantasies which pretty much disturb me. I think it must be because curry gives you permanent shits so they don't have fat people in India. That and it's very poor in places, kinda like the 1500s elsewhere.

I agree with you. Cruises are just a waste of time and a waste of money. It's a way for people to travel who don't really like proper travel!

It's not even travel, it's just transport.

Not really. I did a cruise in the Yasawas (a chain of islands just of the main island of Fiji) a few years ago and it was brilliant. The boat moves at night so that every morning when you wake up you're at a different location.

If, however, you are talking about international cruises like you might do on a large P&O liner like the Queen Mary or Queen Elizabeth, then yes, I agree.
