Unknown track - know the name of it?

Hi - I had this compilation album that was stolen from my car in 2001 with my FAVE track on it - cant remember what the album was called and I cant find this track!!

Im not totally sure of styles, but it sounded like a rather hardcore trance... We used to call it the 'ping pong song' due to a 'boing' sound with a kinda 'ping pong filter effect'(the boing sound reverbs back and forth like a ping pong ball...??) particularly at the beginning of the track. Then there is a woman speaking in a monotone voice saying something like 'follow the sound', then something else that I cant remember, something more about the sound....?? Then all hell breaks loose with a fast booming hardcore base.

Hope u can help me with this one!
