Hello doods

Question for helping I:

Would I benifit from adding Ableton and an APC40 to my existing DJ setup (DJM800 and CDJ1000 and CDJ800)?

I have never used ableton and I cannot seem to find too much info on the workings of it for a live set. It seems a very creative tool for on the fly awesomeness.
My thinking is: I add ableton and run it through 2 channels of my DJM and have the CDJs on the other 2 channels, I connect the DJM Midi to the pc and also connect the line ins from a soundcard. I also add the APC40 as additional control.
Possible?

EDIT: Should I by chance rather go with an MPC and upgrade to tractorpro?
Then I will hook up my Cdjs and turntables for four deck awesomeness and the mpc for cue points and loops and such?
