Mickey Simms tune from Innercity 2000 video

pretty much what it says.

i know its random but its a kinda funky tune but was in the "UK Garage" tent at innercity (doesn't sound like uk garage to me though)...

anyway in the video clip from the innercity event from december of 2000, mickey sims plays this tune... don't know what it is. anyone know? last clip and interview in the video before the credits.

I am interested in finding more music by Mickey Simms but I can't seem to find it anywhere on the net.

I uploaded the mp3 but it doesn't appear....?
