Can someone help me ID this track?

A friend of mine gave me this CD that he put together for me a while back. And on it there's this absolutely awesome track on it. Only problem is, I have no idea what the song is called, nor who it's by. It sounds rather epic-tranceish, and it has this phrase in it. (Well, something like it.)
