To all the old school break dancing fans

Growing up in Miami me and my brother were deep into break dancing as kids. I never stopped loving that shit. It was just that it died out and noone we knew wanted any part of it. Why? I could never understand. IMO it was one of the most intresting ways to dance. I wanted to post this video i found spectacular to those that were a part of that time frame in the 80'sa life that will always be missed.

fml.....this is popping at the most though. I know, i breakdance'd for 5 years. In the first video, that kid got very popular with that liquid type of pop locking. The few moves where he twists and jumps around are not really close to breaking. here's an example of breaking:

breakign usually starts with an uprock, and moves to either power moves(like windmills, headmills, halo's etc.), or downrock ( footwork )

this is a pretty good battle by local boys check it:

i never got around to recording myself cuz shortly after highschool i gave it up. I was having massive back problems. Hated it cuz i was gettin known in florida
