Well, I was only able to make it there for about an hour or so Friday night arriving around 2:30am,
I was hoping to hear a wicked set but was definitely disappointed. To me it honestly seemed like one big intro, with every track very simple with little elements and seemingly going on for like 6-7 minutes. And I definitely wasn't the only one who noticed this either, several people said the same thing to me.
Now, at one point it picked up and I thought "ok great, here we go". But again it just stood there and never went anywhere.
I mean I had a great time at FW as always, but this was just due to the crowd and not the music. Again, I was only there for 60 minutes so maybe I'm not a good judge on the whole nights experience but I was surprised to see this thread saying such awesome things.
I must have missed the best parts....
What a night....Timo is like the techno Digweed. You have to let him
build it up. Everyone I knew was loving it,
