The flag that you and Jake are rocking at the moment seems to be making all the threads hang (or at least the ones either of you have posted in).

Chrome.

It works ok in FF, but the image link for the flag appears broken.

The flag is hosted offsite, if that site was not responding (actually a couple sites, one for a script, the other for the image) then it could cause issues...

Seems to still be fine. Whichever server it was hosted on must have been down for a bit yesterday, and Chrome's reaction was to not load anything past that particular image. FF just showed it as a broken link, so meh.

It loads a javascript file, if it has trouble loading that javascript then the page will fail to render (thats why you get hangs on here sometimes with google analytics and shit, but thats not as bad since the code loads at the very end of the markup). This code loads at the first instance of my flag, so it can hang there.

Different browsers handle it in different ways. Chrome it seems like doesn't like to time out on a file as quickly as other browsers.
