Pffft, of course I was going to be the one that was going to make this
I know some of you c0r whores love them too. My favorite album is the "Animals" one, followed by Dark side of the moon.
i'm sure there's one somewhere already. but yes!

Have you ever listened to the Pulse live CD, Rose? I highly recommend it if you haven't, it's possibly my favourite.

(if you could e-mail it to me that'd be sweet).
I have most of their albums around here somewhere.
My two favorites:

Lol, why?
Because this is the Pink Floyd APPRECIATION thread, duh
Roger Waters performed DSOTM in its entirety and a shitload of other Floyd classics on my 21st birthday last year at Coachella. One of the single greatest live shows I've ever seen.

What disinterests you about them?

i can certainly appreciate.. i grew up listening to 'the wall' in the back of my dads truck. I remember thumbing through all his pink floyd vinyls admiring the album covers. my favorites are probably 'dark side of the moon' and 'wish you were here'

Rose: if you haven't listend to the Pulse cd, how can you be a fan?
Crazy!
Their Animals cd is great too... seems to get overlooked a bit along with The Division Bell.

I used to be a huge Pink Floyd fan (notice my name...) about 3 years ago. I lost interest in them when I found EDM... I still like a lot of their songs but just not the way I used to.
I agree with Lira, Another Brick In The Wall sucked. It seemed to me that a lot of the songs they were best known for just weren't what I was into (besides Dark Side of the Moon of course). Albums like Meddle, Piper, Saucerful... now those were great albums.
Animals was amazing too. And the Shine On bits of WYWH were fucking epic.
