What an absolute Doche Bag!

I hope he cuts himself with that knife!

Posted by Teezdalien on Dec-09-2009 14:04:

Oh no! What the hell is he testing? I can't believe he just did that to a DVJ1000.

Posted by Seppuku on Dec-09-2009 18:01:

Haha. The serial killer music goes well with the video.

I was surprised how far he was ramming that thing in though. I thought it was ridiculously stupid because he had the power still connected to the CDJ.

He's a tool.

Posted by Zak McKracken on Dec-09-2009 19:25:

he is probably a serviceman and can fix it himself in 3 minutes, and probably know what to do and not. yes it looks rather dumb i wont argue on that but its calculated risk im sure.

Posted by Ryan0751 on Dec-09-2009 19:26:

Certainly hope he can put a new button in. Otherwise I'll smack him.

Posted by miamitranceman on Dec-09-2009 20:58:

Wow, no matter what that is painful to watch.

Posted by Alekos on Dec-10-2009 08:20:

it should be illegal! wtf is wrong with that guy...

Crickey, not really sure what anyone is getting so worked up about.....!

Using a suction pad it is very easy to pull out those buttons, they are very light.

To replace one might cost 10.

We don't know this though.. So let us wave our fists in anger towards this re-tard!

i was hoping for him to cut himself on accident and bleed out by the end of the video

It's not so much the cost or fixing the unit that bothers me, it's the totally unnecessary destruction. He didn't need to break it to prove his point and doesn't even explain why he did it.

Do you nubs ever read shit?

This pair of headphones is still in use as demonstratie model so it's not sold but still in service.

It's only to show that it's really metal, the DVJ is abused to prove the soldering welt is hot...

we dont talk about the shitty headphones. he could have proved that the thing was hot elsehow, like putting it on his face or hand. really hard and long.

C'mon man, don't you think there would be a smarter way to demonstrate that the solldering iron is hot enough without having to punch it through a live CDJ unit. I realize it's probably just a shock tactic but it's come off as sheer stupidity to me.

Posted by shuni on Dec-14-2009 02:50:

damn pioneer ripping people with their prices, sure thay can do that, i dont mind.

Posted by chewy dragee on Dec-14-2009 18:48:

I understand the need for the destruction, who the hell wouldn't?

I would blow up a dvj with lump of c4 if I had a chance.

My only concern with this clip is that it serves no purpose.. WTF is he doing? How is that test relevant? Don't call it a test if it's not one. call it Fucking up stuff with a solder iron, then it's relevant.

So he can melt a button but not the headphones... Who the fuck solders near their dj equipment? I'm going to get a pair of 2000's cause they are solder iron proof....

Are you serious??

These days you have to be prepared for anything! Soldering Irons are the latest weapon of choice when it comes to angry punters throwing things into the DJ booth!
