LIMAÇON...

Toronto-based Thoughtless Music is proud to deliver the debut full-length album from California's Limaçon: Tarry Not. Having carved a solid international reputation with releases on Poker Flat, Force Inc., Resopal Schallware, Intrinsic Design, Auralism and Thoughtless, he's honed his distinctive sound into finely structured tech-house gems that linger in the ear long after the persuasive low end has run its course. To celebrate the release of the album, he'll be performing a special hybrid live/DJ set that incorporates analog drum machines and effects alongside three digital decks in his Toronto debut.

Performing his first live set in over three years is rising local talent James Teej. With recent singles and remixes for Connect Four, Tic Tac Toe, Rebirth and No.19, his slick yet deeply musical tech-house productions have been gaining momentum worldwide. Teej's upcoming full-length for Radio Slave's Rekids imprint is due for release in early 2010, and he'll be taking his live set to Europe in support of the album this spring. Having remixed Limaçon's 'The Ride' for TLM014 to stunning effect, it's a perfect match for the show.
