RIP Fraggle Rock

i just heard the news about Fraggle Rock room at Love...does anyone have any insight as to why this happened?

It is gone, they ripped it out more than a week ago. It is sad, the room looks naked. No one was sitting in there yesterday when we were there. My husband sat for a few minutes and felt weird. I'll miss it and have good memories there.

are they gonna re-do it? thats sad, because that was the coolest room in the place!

No, from what I heard, bottle service. Yeah, it is sad, we spent a lot of time there. There are even times we went to Love on off nights to chill in there.

bottle service...really??? the problem is the music sounds weird in that room...with the door closed you hear the music from bar but with it open you hear both...who would want to spend money to be in that space?? doesn't seem very thought out to me

I get change but if they want real change for the good, fix the coat check. There wouldn't have been a line if the coat check moved. Three of our friends left the line and went to Santos.

They got rid of the fraggle rock room because there is a new owner of love...i believe he thought the fraggle rock room is a liability...so very strange just to not be able to fraggle rock room @ love anymore

The room was already gone the night Sharam played. I kinda see the point of the owner, but now he's turning the place into another crappy club, nothing new and exciting. I have heard as well they're putting cages or something of that sort for dancers? I don't remember. From all I've heard, it sounds like a new Pacha Annex. Oh well. I'm sure the new owner is making money, the place gets packed now.

That was installed for the Lee Kalt skin event but it doesn't look like they will be taking it down lol

Yea, unfortunately it turns into "hipster dude making a funny" rather quickly, lol. They're going to put it somewhere NOT in the middle of the floor soon, but it's staying around.

wtf bottle service? that is the smallest room ever. You can't see anything let alone hear the music from either room clearly. If anything they should just knock down that whole wall and expand the front/bar room

I think love should just make it one giant room, and find a better place to have the coat check or the box office.

Knock down all the walls, that divide the place up , and put the dj booth at the very end. So if they are planning to do bottle service, they can have a vip section on the wall when you walk in and the on the sides of the place. I never really like that the place had a small lounge room away from the main room. I think it took away from what people should be there for, the music and the artist in the main room. And when the place was packed, some people couldn't bare to be in the main room to experience it.
