NYTAs you've never met

When we first moved here we made an effort to meet people.

After a while we all get lazy and hung out with the same people. For me it was the Crobar Front&Center and smoking section of Ferry's residency. That's where I stopped making new new friends.

(except you: you know who you are; I love you, and your hair)

Who are the people you would have hung out with, but didn't know yet?

Oddly enough, I have never met these people:

Man I find it so hard to believe we havent met but when I think about it I guess not. Funny thing is I would probably define those Crobar parties as when I was the most into meeting TA's too. Front and Center + smoking section behind that wall on the side.

Hrmm so sometimes I know people but just no who they are on TA more so just a familiar face from the club... so some of these will probably end up being "OH THATS YOU!" but...

I still meet new TA's all the time. I don't think I have met these people but please forgive me if I have and don't remember. I have a lot of people come up to me and say Hi and walk away and then 2 seconds later leave me pondering who the hell was that? lol

I think we've definitely met at a few times. Around 04-07 was when I was out at most events and meeting alot of NYTA's. I'll make sure to find you at the next party.

As for me, most of the names ppl mentioned in this thread are the ppl I haven't met. I do know a bunch of regulars, and a bunch NYTAs that don't really post much anymore, if at all.

Maybe the Christmas get together is a good place to do a meet and greet.

I'm pretty sure I've spotted several TAs in the past, just never really had a chance to say hello because I always go out with a big group. It also feels like it would be stupid calling people out by their board aliases while theyre dancing their butts off :P.
I have a feeling like most people here take me for a very negative person so they wouldn't be too excited to meet me anyway so I just keep to myslelf.

You also met Rob on line for Rebel. He was right behind us with a bunch of people from Long Island. Then a train from Long Island came in and an entire train full of people walked to him.

Chaska was standing with me and my husband, you both were talking there.

i would say the same thing about Nils (pvdobsession)...haha since back in the day (2003-6) id see him out at most events but i dont think he comes out regularly anymore...i think i offically met him when Drew n i were standing outside Avalon waiting to get in for a party that night, and he was doing a project on EDM and partygoers (?) for school...man memories...

damns ive def met MANY NYTAS even if it was just once in passing. eheh ive never seen anything wrong with going up to someone and being like, "hey ur ________ from TA, right?" hell so many did that to me...how else would u meet someone. altho these days i just introduce myself with my real name and then ask if they are on TA

+1 I still remember when/where I met most of you. yankeebaby for instance at Armin @ Tobacco Warehouse in '06 haha . I've definitely met the most NYTA's in '05/'06 @ Crobar / Spirit /Love. Ferry's residency was so awesome. I'm tempted to dig up videos w/some of you in them hehe.

It's funny looking through old random pics from over the years and seeing NYTA's in the background whom you know now but didn't know back when you were taking the pics.

Ah, so many memories.. I've met a good few NYTA's (especially at the first Road Kill) who's SN's I don't know. As for those I have yet to meet...
