NM! I rewatched the vid and confirmed those were metal "tentacles" (whatever) attached to a frame on his body, which isnt Omega Red at all...
so IMDB'd it... his playing the character Backlash or Whiplash... not the same things.
Guess i dont need to see this flick in theatres after all.

I am the same way, don't much care for the superhero movies, but I thought the first one was great and since Mark is into these types of movies I will be most likely going to see this one as well!

That is not Omega Red. He's from the X-men. Mickey Rourke's character is Russian, but that's were the similarities end. He's basically known as Mandarin in the world of Iron man.

Jon Favreau wanted to work mandarin in somehow but based on the original character from the cartoon/comic, he would've been too extraordinary so they worked mandarin in as a lead orginization for raza and his terrorists in pt 1
