Holiday Feasting

Holiday Feasting...

It's bitter-sweet thing. I look forward to over-indulging with all the yummy baked goods, xmas dinners and holiday treats for so long! This year, I have 4 holiday dinners in a row (starting on Thursday night), and it's just going to get worse (or better, whichever way you look at it). As if that's not hard enough, for the last 2 weeks my office has had a constant flow of desserts and holiday treats brought in by clients and staff members. STOP THE MADNESS! lol

I've been able to maintain my workout regimen, but I'm afraid I'll still need a fork-lift to carry my own ass by the end of the season.

The ONLY food that stays 10 feet away from me, is the good 'ol nasty holiday fruitcake... blekhhh!

i get the jamaican/caribbean rum fruit cake. it is delicious and doesnt look like the ones you posted in the pics.

We have similar, Tsoureki...mmm except I usually have almonds, similar to pennetoni and brioche.
