how the fuck do you get a signal on this pos?

i won a 3.5" portable lcd tv in a raffle the other day but cant get a signal? everywhere i try i get "bad" for the dtv signal.

anyone own one of these things? wtf? it would help during a hurricane if the thing would work, but i cant exactly walk around outside looking for a signal during the middle of a hurricane.

Possibility is your portable tv might not be digital? If you recall months back all the basic stations went from analog to digital. If it is then the antenna shold def pick up a signal if you followed the setup directions correctly.
