i actually work on his show every now and then, cool guy in person but his opinions are horrendous

I can't pretend to speak of him from direct experience, but anyone who spreads that much fear and hate into the world for nothing more than personal greed is a deplorable human being in my book.

I'm not claiming there aren't people like this on both sides. I'm just saying it about Glenn Beck.

I would gladly have a political discussion (not argument) with anyone, but if they think that Glenn Beck is rational and believe him I know better than to waste my time.

Yeah man I hear you. I actually don't believe he is a bad person with greedy, selfish intentions like some other people are insinuating... cherry picked sound/video clips by anti-Beck media outlets can very easily paint that image. He has been just as harsh of the GOP as the Democrats the last 2 or 3 years without a doubt; I've heard his radio show enough times since 2006 in full context. He really isn't a bad guy at all BUT, he definitely stirs up too much unnecessary shit, especially when he goes into "biblical implications" mode. I appreciate his stance as a libertarian, but the way he promotes that and his ideas is just too "in your face" and desperate. His message would be better received if he calmed the fuck down.

Just because he has been critical of the G.O.P. as well does not make him any less of a horrible person.
