What to do for Armin?

Ok....
I thought I'd make this a separate post since my question got friggin' highjacked by some Creampuff *cough*

So.....what should we do for Armin when he comes back?
This man is leaving Ibiza, coming to Toronto to play for US and then going back to Ibiza
Who in their right mind would do that I wouldn't know...but I ain't complainin'!

There must be something small we could do for him...

Swamp? How are those shirts coming???? Could they be done by the time he gets here? We could personalize it for him or somethin'; Toronto style!

Throw me a frickin' bone here....need the info...

let's get a huge Dutch flag and make a "TUNE!!!" banner out of it. before going in we all sign our names on it, and pass it (or throw it) to Armin after (or during) the set.

AND/OR

print out all our posts about Armin's upcoming gig, and (again) pass him our posts.

and don't feel so special, cuz Armin isn't leaving Ibiza just for us (Toronto crew)... he's spinning in Montreal on August 30th (Aria) and in Quebec City on August 31st (Rave Express). So saying that he's leaving Ibiza just to play for us is insane, it's just childish. I call that the beauty of being a DJ (being able to do gigs in a different part of the planet every single day, thanks to the airlines), and just pure business... why the hell would he chill his ass down on Ibiza and only do 2 gigs in a week, when he can fly over the world a bit, do 5-6 gigs in a week and earn some extra cash (now I'm not complaining about that one!).

Just my 2 cents...

Woah man, back up.
I didn't realize that, cause when I checked his website last there were no dates for Montreal and Quebec City at the time (and actually there still isn't).
So if that's changed then I appologize now.
So calling me childish because I went by the man's website is wrong. His website says this:

The System F - Exhale music video was @#$#@^ hilarious and gave me an idea...

If what they portrayed in the video was true, which is the fact that DJ's DON'T live a rich lifestyle but is in it for the music, then having a limo arriving and picking up Armin from the airport is more than enuf.

I'm not sure what Guvernment has in plans for armin, I'm sure that they have someone who's already made great accomodations for the guy..but hey, who knows....maybe the Exhale video is true and no one does shit for DJ's...

To come to think of it..........I was at the last Ascension BoatCruise party and I got there early as well waiting for the last bunch of tickets to be sold at the boat, so I'm sitting there and I see this dude pull up in a crappy car and then waiting up to the boat with a 2 vinyl cases in his hands.......HE WAS THE DAMN HEADLINER!!! and arrived like that???

hehe a limo, dinner and 2 beautiful escorts to take armin to the club will definitely put TranceAddict on the map for him

Balloons could be cool...what colour? Powder Blue?

And about the sign. You do know that the TUNE! sign those guys march around with is $120!

Acutally you know...now that I have the TUNE! guys' business card, I could talk to them about a gas thingy for the balloons inside the GUV...(idea! )

What do the rest of you think about the balloon thing? It's simple, cheap and easy, but best of all it's something different
