C'mon folks, let's do this!

No techno revival needed. Its already here.
We have more techno acts come thru Toronto then any other
City in North America.
Funny, I don't see any of the names I listed above on the flyers of any upcoming events.
What you call Techno and what I call Techno are birds of two completely different feathers.
P.S.:

Mike Parker is sick!!! He's from Buffalo.

Oh, how sad. I didn't realize you were developmentally delayed. My bad.
Jenny, if you came on here every day and nearly every post was a ***** post, how do you think you'd feel after a while?
That's how I feel about the "Techno" talent that rolls through Toronto these days.
I mean, c'mon...

When and where is Mark Broom and Cristian Varela playing?
Sure it would be great to have these guys out, but be realistic, few of them would pull in a big crowd. And there are few things more sad than a DJ playing bangin techno to a room of 30 chin scratchers against the back wall, sipping their one beer of the night.
Just re-read and realized this was a wish list. GRRR!!!

It truly is such an ignorant and elementary argument to get into though. I mean, really? "Proper" techno? There is no "proper" anything. Unless of course, the formula is all written down in The Big Rule Book of Music somewhere, then I stand corrected. Good music crosses boundaries and blurs genres anyways, so who really gives a shit? What difference does it make to you or anyone else?
Fuck this genre, fuck that genre. Sounds like noob talk to me.
