just rename the file from: filename.mpeg to filename.mp3

Well, u could use Xmpeg. Download it from www.digital-digest.com i think, or just do a search on google and then extract the mo2 out of the mpeg, then convert the mp2 to mp3 if u want, or just leave it at mp2, better quality
