Moving to Cali

I was prob going to be moving to the santa monica area whats it like ? I am from atlanta lol.

i'm from atlanta as well, come back to visit at least once or twice a year.
santa monica in most areas is nice, beach area, can be quite expensive though, close to fun things to do, weather will be amazing most of the time. enjoy! looking forward to meeing another southerner the west coast boards are way more active than the atlanta boards, lots of entertainment.

i say it all the time and yes your friends do pick it up from you i've lost a lot of my accent though didn't want to, just happened. i guess after 8 years out here that happens sometimes

It took me about two days of moving to San Francisco to pick up the word "hella" I haaaaaaate using it outside of NorCal, but it just comes out. I can't stand it!

I've noticed they like using the word "mad" alot in NY.

i didn't lose all of it, thank God, but it's not as country as when i first moved here. but you also always see me out at clubs and after a few cocktails, it's way more pronounced
