[April 2 & 3 2010] Trance Addict Trance Energy Gathering + rollcall

So finally all the details regarding the famous TranceAddict Trance Energy Gatherings.
4th year in a row!!!

Like last year, I will organize a gathering on Friday and Saturday.

The gathering for Friday is for everybody that is not going to the Luminosity Before The Energy party.
The gathering for Saturday is ofcourse the official TA TE Gathering

FRIDAY:

Plan is to have a great dinner and afterwards going to have drinks somewhere.
For the people wanting to save their energy for the next day, THE DAY OF ALL DAYS hehe

TIME AND PLACE GATHERING:

Time: between 8pm and 8:30pm
PLACE: Damsquare by the Statue.

Most of you will recognize it, the ones that doesn't recognize,
below 2 pictures where you will see the Statue.




From there on we will walk to the place we will have dinner.
One of the places I'm thinking about, was also mentioned by Heather (copahc): Tivoli, an Italian restaurant near Central Station.
2 years ago we had dinner there as well on Friday.

After this dinner we will probably go to the bar on Damsquare or the bar we were last year in the Red Light District.
We will see


SATURDAY:

TRANCE ENERGY DAY YEAH!!!!!

After a great pre-party on Friday, had a good sleep, it's the time for THE PARTY OF ALL PARTIES!!!!!
Prepare to Dance Again

Doors will go open at 21:00hrs at the Jaarbeurs venue.
Party starts at 22:00hrs and ends at 7:00hrs.

Last year it happened that people couldn't make it on time to join the gathering.
Hopefully it won't happen again.

The planning is to leave by train again around 20:00hrs - 20:15hrs.
Also again for this day, please buy your train ticket already before going to the gathering, we can jump in the train
and go to Utrecht as soon as possible

TIME: between 19:00 and 19:45. So make sure you be there before 19:45. than we will walk to Central Station.
PLACE: Damsquare by the Statue again

I'm ready and it will be great to see most of you again and to see new faces

Travel Information
With the bus: from Utrecht CS line 4 stops in front of Central Studios.
With the train: Central Studios is located near station Utrecht 'Zuilen'. Trains go every 30 minutes and take 3 minutes from Utrecht CS. The station is only a few minutes walking to the venue and trains go the whole night. For more info see http://www.ns.nl

It took me forever but I finally found the thread again.
I won't be able to make it Friday but definitely can Saturday. Might be bringing someone else but it'll just be us two if it happens.

The Gathering

Hi all, Is there a final roll call for the Friday evening yet? There don't seem to be many on the list....I'm hoping to be there but will be traveling on my own. I won't know if I'm coming for definite until early this week as I cocked up and had to send my passport away for renewal. I've paid extra to speed up the process but can't buy a ticket or book a flight until I have the new one in my hand. To those of you who are visiting - where are you staying? Amsterdam? Utrecht? somewhere else? Tivoli is a good place to eat, I was there two years ago.........Hope to see you all soon.

Yes there is a gathering on friday.. in Amsterdam. There is a facebook event dedicated to it and most people have responded there. Looks like alot are going.

its not a live appearance from armin. its a live broadcast that will be shown from his ASOT 450 show from nyc the same night.
