Paul van Dyk & Tiesto.......friends?

i was listening on local sydney radio to a programm that plays all new trance etc........... they intervied someone in ibiza i think.

he was saying paul and tiesto were playing a combined set and that they didnt like each other? is this true?

he also said that tiesto had pulled out the big guns in his half and finished wuth major tracks to make pauls beggining sound not so good..

can someone tell me if these two like each other? or what?

they both fight the title to be the best.

i think the only reason that armin,ferry and tijs like eachother is that they are all dutch.

at Ultra 4, in Miami, tiesto spun before pvd who closed the event......when they were switching, they were both on stage smiling and i believe one had his arm around the other at one point....

i don't think they hate each other or anything...i'm sure they've talked once or twice, but maybe they are too different to work together...i personally wouldn't want to see it happen

bad pic, but none the less, pvd and tiesto together at ultra......disposable camera, shitty scanner, and shitty light had to do with the horrible picture...pvd is in the white shirt, and tiesto's arm are the two white lines going up....lol

it was known that PVD and Tiesto are so different that a Tiesto-tune
just wouldnt fit into PVDs gigs, or something like that.

But I think that there was mentioned a couple of times where PVD
has spun a Tiesto-tune.

The first tiem I heard Urban Train & Flight 643, it was PvD spinning them, so I guess you could say they are friendly, since PvD had the tracks before alot of other DJ's, including the Dutch.

i don't think tiesto's style really fits into pvd's style so that's why he doesn't play his tracks
i remember paul playing eternity once
but that's all i can recalli do remember him playing punk though
so i don't think there's any hate between the fact that paul's german and tijs is dutch

Tiesto played Paul's Mix of MOM - 10 in 01 @ Club EAU [2 Year Anniv.]
and Paul's Casino Mix @ TiestoSolo [9 Hour]. So they DO play each others tracks, not to often though. Paul played Flight 643 & Urban Train AND also ppl are forgeting that Alibi - Eternity was released on Vandit (Vandit009) . Although on www.vandit.com it says 'Armin van Buuren pres. Alibi - Eternity' so the verdict is : PvD HATES Tiesto
