Ableton sluggish....Syncrosoft???

Ive noticed recently that Live is a bit sluggish in projects and couldnt pin it down to any one VST, the meters would seem to lag and at one stage Live actually froze.

I ran that Live Performance test from the Ableton forums and it still give me the same result as when i first ran it and no sluggishness.

So i opened my most recent project again and I also opened the task manager and noticed that SYNPOS (or something like that) was floating around 10% constantly. This the is the e-licenser program that runs in the background for copy protection synths like Predator.
I killed this and switched off Predator and everything was back to normal.

I seem to remember when installing the Largo demo last week that the e-licenser had upgraded itself, the gui looked different

Anyone else running the new syncrosoft/e-licenser notice any weird behaviour in their sequencers???
Im afraid to try and revert to an old version of e-licenser in case my stuff becomes unregistered.....thanks

I dont actually have a dongle, its all done through the e-licenser program but i think its pretty much the same thing is it?

Havent had an opportunity to roll back to a previous version yet to see if the lagging stops
