What MP3 players do you guys use?
Let see how many Apple whores we have in here
I just ordered the Sansa Fuze 8gb. Didn't need anything fancy, just for music in the gym and while at uni but you get alot for your money. Alot of the same features you get on the iPod Nano but at half the price. Apparently the sound quality is fantastic too.

iPad
I have an RCA Lyra but mostly just use my Blackberry.
iPod Classic 160GB

i just use my phone. i have a samsung instinct and it works fine. i used to have an ipod touch, and before that a regular ipod, but i sold it. no point in carrying around two devices that do the same thing. less pocket space FTW!

Sansa E270 6gb + 2gb microSD expansion
I was raving about this thing when I bought it a few years ago - I really do think it was the best mp3 player on the market. Unfortunately though, sansa being a bunch of dickfucks decided to release a new generation of the e200 series with cheapened parts and new buggy firmware. The current gen is pretty mediocre. As for the first gen though - I've dropped mine more times than I can count, spilt all manner of destructive liquids on it, smashed it, sat on it, and even forgot it in my pants once and put it through a washing machine cycle with bleach, and it still works like it was new.
nano 1st gen, great sound quality, however, battery life pretty poopie.
Ipod Nano (silver) that I got for Christmas 4 years ago:
I only upgrade when whatever I have doesn't work anymore. Not a consumer whore
Case in point... my cell phone:
Which I only upgraded from my much older, simpler, shittier phone because Telus gave it to me for free. Haha!
Maybe I am just cheap and poor.... yea, that's probably it.
I use my phone for sets and podcasts

For individual songs, I use an ancient contraption made by a company called SanDisk

Mainly my iPhone, when traveling a droid + iTouch 64gb
Ipod 80gb, was actually the cheapest 80gb model I could find. Battery life is still really good. Charge it maybe once a week

Yeah, iPod battery life problems is the one reason I didn't look at getting one second hand. I wouldn't know if it had any underlying problems until it was too late.
Good to hear your Sansa is pretty much bulletproof, the only bad thing I heard about them was that customer service was a bit of a nightmare. But yeah that sounds good. The Reviews for the Fuze were pretty good, on Amazon 123 out of 135 reviews were either 4 or 5 stars. Not bad.
Creative Zen Mozaic, and I fucking hate it.

I've had this one for 5 years

Maybe I need a new one soon, but it works fine. Just low on space with only 2GB available.

I've had this for at least 4 years. 1 massive gigabyte and I have to start my desktop in safe mode in order for it to recognize the player. Maybe is time for new?

iRiver E50
I use this for the sets:
In a month it will be 1 year old, works perfectly, but my neighbor had some major issues with it(cracked keys, stopped ringing, random power-offs..) so she gave it to her lil brother for Christmas.
For other kinds of music i use this:
Nice, simple and rough.
Iriver h10 20gb
Sandisk clip 2gb

I used to have an iPod but when that broke I got a Zune and I like it much better than the iPod. The controls just make much more sense than the iPod. Clicking or swiping the pad in the direction you want to go in just seems so much more logical than a stupid wheel.
