Why does this keep popping up every so often asking me if I want to save the file?

older version of firefox this would occasionally pop up. but it was only on TA.

I tried Chrome and liked it, but it doesn't seem to remember my tabs when I close the whole window. Plus I like the add-ons Firefox has (like Stumbleupon)
