i want to know why they would have the feels like tab on the weather info.

if it's 21F but feels like 2F. that's the info i want, so i can dress accordingly, so i can layer to keep my self warm in 2F. isn't that what you want to know from the beginning, what it feels like outside? why the fecking difference? can anyone esplain...ESPLAIN!!!
