Still working on Martin Amis' "Money". I've been reading this book for over a month and I'm only 2/3 done. It has been quite difficult to get through, but it's one of the best books I've ever read.
Next up:
Life of Pi
Book of Negroes

i found the ending to life of pi to be a complete anticlimax and somewhat insulting to the readers. the rest of the book was enjoyable.

| Originally posted by FunkyCrew yup freebie! I love it! very well written esp. Rose's parts - for a book of fiction, it gives a very good description of a life of a cojoined twin |
Currently I am reading a paperback, The Sari Shop Widow by Shobhan Bantwal
It's a good portrait of a typical Indian American family, of a woman born and raised in the US - torn between being modern and conservative at the same time.
So far it is good...a bit predictable but I'm still enjoying it
