'To The Six has been generating a flurry of excitement ever since a tantalising teaser of this mesmeric track was showcased in advance of the release of Anjunabeats Volume 7, and now this inspired cross-label collaboration gets its chance to shine on Anjunadeep. Very much an amalgamation of two contrasting yet complementary styles, its Signalrunners-esque peak and trough structures balance perfectly with isteins keen ear for a delightful jingle. Its glacial interludes are filled with gently rippling keys and hauntingly beautiful melodies to give a real polar feel, and drift into a stirring, sweeping sequence of choppy, tech-flavoured synths and gorgeously wistful guitars. Truly spellbinding in every sense of the word, and definitely not a release to miss!

Martin Roth is no stranger to high-profile Anjuna remixes having got behind the desk to tweak releases such as Super8 & Tab's 'Suru', and he masterminds a deep and dark makeover of istein and Andrew's masterpiece. Warping the gorgeous, haunting melodies of the original into something twisted and distorted, the lurking, menacing bassline and laser pulse synths give this sinister remix an altogether different feel, one that we think you'll very much enjoy!

Club Mix is shorter. The only difference afaik.

Yea, I realize the track length is different. I just don't get why they didn't release the club mix with the original at the same time. To me, it just seems like Anjuna's marketing attempt to make more money.

Was a little annoyed too, as I would have preferred the Club Mix (a shorter version) to begin with. I guess I felt a little cheated.

Martin Roth, hey? I'll be checking this one out when I get home.

I listen to both songs on djdownload.com. Everything is the exact same except on the original from 3:02 to 4:31 is removed on the club mix. Anyone can easily do a quick edit themselves and therefore create a lack of any interest to purchase the club mix if you already have the original.
