Dj?

Given that most "DJ" use laptops and few even have records, should we retire the word "DJ" and use something else? When records were around, you actually needed to jockey a disc. Same goes for a CD. But when everything is programmed into a laptop, what exactly is being jockeyed?

Well, Wiki has a nice explanation:
