the worst way you've ever let a girl down
I was fooling around with this girl i knew in highschool in 2003, and it was nothing major, but she worked at the coffee shop and i worked beside it so it just sorta happend.
one night we did our thing and after she looked at me with these glowing eyes and said
"so ...why are you really coming over after work?" hinting that she wanted to date me i guess.
i didn't want that. she was a friends ex gf and i dont want to deal with that bullshit....
so i said 'free coffee'
and the look on her face was hilarious. ahaha. i didn't feel good about myself but i mean ...7 years later it's pretty funny.
so that was the worst way i let a girl down.

I once had sex with a girl (true story). It must have been a pretty bad let down.

I flicked a cigarette in my second wife's face at a dinner party. Bitch wouldn't shut up. The bitch ends up blowing her brains out. True story.

I once told a girl that she should have sex with Sushipunk.
I found out a few years later that she actually did.

i decided not to bring her flowers on St.Valentine's day and offered her to go shopping instead of having a romantic dinner or something
"that's it?"

I told the girl I'm straight.
This tall white girl who I was seriously attracted to a few years ago moved to Boston and I blew her off like 3 times every time she came back to LA even though she really liked me. A while later I realized I fucked that one up I tried to get in touch with her again but she was clearly like, nope!
Lesson learnt
This can't really be counted as letting a girl down but the topic brought this to mind.
A couple years ago I met this really awesome, adventurous girl from Finland. I really liked her - but I was a slow mover.
Long story short - she met this pilot guy. I didn't think I could top him so I backed off. If I hadn't, maybe she wouldn't have died in a plane crash.
I don't feel responsible; there's a million other things that would have prevented it too, but I still learned a valuable lesson from all that.
