Yoji (Awesome tech-trance DJ), Yoda (I throughly recommend his early sets and albums 'Morning Tracks' series) Satoshi Tomie, DJ Emma, Ken Ishi, Shingo Nakamura, Kasumasa... the list goes on.

Unfortunately, the music here is now taken over by sodding Hip-hop, R'n'B and Reggaeton. However, at EDM parties or when the big names come to town, it's always crowded. They're just few and far between, however.

im just into japanese techno/experimental in general.
all the artists have a distinct dreamy/atmospheric style with interesting chords and progression that only seems to be present in japanese techno.

Hiroshi Watanabe is another amazing producer in this definitive style.

Like you wouldn't believe. Cannabis is banned over here, but you see leaves on clothing, stationary, in cars as air freshners!! Reggaeton club nights are insanely popular.
