tetanus shot related question....

where can you get one. i've been in Canada for over 10 years and cannot remember last time i received one. i tend to stab my self once a while when working on some rusty parts with a screw driver or w.e sooo just need to be sure i am covered. so i am wondering what is the best/quickest way to get it.

emergency room?
family doctor?
