Let's just say that although I cannot drink legally until 84 years have passed, I have a fake ID and use it often!

what we are saying is if he only gets to celebrate ONCE EVERY FOUR YEARS, his "21st" bday will be when he's 84. how can one get older if they dont have a day to celebrate but once every four years?

like I said, I would had love to have been born on Feb 29. I was only 4 months off. I would be 9 1/2 years old.
