I a currently the new Superintedent @ this building and currently reside here as well. As to date, there are no new reported cases that have been foud to be legitamite. I have personally had some units sprayed by PCO for tenants that have thought they had them. We feel it is better to be safe than sorry when dealing with bed begs. I can rest asure anyone looking to rent in this building that it is cleaned daily and carpets vaccuumed on a regular basis. It is a safe environment for renting. I had to sanitize my whole Res before I'd even bring my stuff in. i was terrified .. I've heard some horror stories.

Unfortunately I was exposed to them a few years ago when switching from one apartment building to another. The building I moved into had a huge bedbug problem. I could tell you more about how horrible it was and what I went through (exterminators, cleaning, etc.) but end of story I had to throw away everything...matress, frame, nightstands, dressers, clothes and bedding. They can embed in grain and wood. So catch em while you can because these little buggers can go undetected for awhile and spread fast.
