Old mix of BT - Remember from 1997 Oakie essential mix

I was just listening to an old essential mix of Paul Oakenfold's from 1997 and came across this mix of Remember by BT. Tracklists have it listed as the LP mix, but it doesn't appear anywhere on discogs.

Does this mix exist somewhere that I could purchase it? Is it still known as the LP mix, or has the name changed since the original release?
