that bad day when the TA forums crashed and everything was dead just came to my mind (dunno why)...
I was wondering... does swamper keep backups regurarly? (I am sure he does... but...)

imm sure he does, i fink the story leading to the crash that swamper was away on vacation for a few days before the crash and thus wasnt around to make backups, imm sure someone will corect me if imm wrong though.

I think the actual forum is only like 800mb, so not that big to back up

But anyway it crashed when the forum had just been put on the new server i think, and swamper had also been away on holiday.

So there wasnt a back up made apart from one 2 weeks previous.

So i dont think that would happen again, we would only loose a few days max

It's backed up onto another hard drive daily and off-site weekly....

So, no worries.
