PLEASE ID this melodic rave track!

i heard this great melodic rave track twice at a rave party in las vegas.

i was able to record it the second time.

has a melodic buildup with a cute short vocal voice in the end and then the beat is just like hardtrance of sort.

here is a sample please ID this for the world!
