So Alive- Sippin Soma etc...it's track number 8 on disc one of Politics of Dancing. I think this is the track you are thinking of.

P.S. I think the lyrics of the chorus also go more like "So dear, so clear, so simple, there's no fear here..." I could be wrong though.
