Hi-Fi headset with ear muffs?
I want ear muffs with a stereo jack and soundquality on par with at least the average-to-good stereo-headsets out there. The only thing I've been able to find so far is some hunting/industrial ear muffs with active noise-reduction (which I really don't need and think will deteriorate quality): http://www.precision-sports.com/peltor_elect.htm
Koss used to have this, but I can't find it any more so it's probably not being produced any more. I already got some very good earplugs, so no, I don't want that.
Any ideas?
u need radio on them? that limits it very much. if not, search in the production forum. AKG, Seinnheiser, Beyerdynamics etc.
Do not need radio in them at all. Actually that would just add weight and an annoying antenna. Will check the production forum.

This looks.. good. Anyone with experience with these kind of headsets?
Ask Jennypie, she knows a lot about muffs.
get back to c0r
Ok, so I guess this is actually pretty impossible to find. The ones from Sennheiser isn't suited to music, and I haven't found anything qualifying to my exact requirements.
This brings the question; does active noise reduction have any negative effect on the soundquality of headphones?
