Ziptnf - Power Trip [farewell to full-on?]

Full-on psytrance completely sucks these days. It's legitimately impossible to find unique, powerful tracks with interesting melodies, structures, and basslines. This is the last collection of awesome tracks I have found in my last 2 and a half years of searching. Unfortunately, it will probably be rare that I play an entire set with tracks as fun as these. This one bangs pretty hard, guys, enjoy it while it lasts.
Galactika - Open Range
Electro Vision - Stage Davin
Phobia - Out of Sight
Hypnoxock - Sala-Din
Sidharta - Transform (Vibraddict Remix)
Astral Projection - The Prophecy
Xerox & Illumination - Elements
Painkiller vs Bio Genesis - Chilakillers
Volcano - Emoison Key
Phanatic - Techno Park (Phanatic & Bizarre Contact Remix)
Ananda Shake - Final Call
Ziptnf - Power Trip (61:22) 112 MB ~256kbps

Sure, dude, I'd love a host, Sharebee apparently rapes people with pop-ups. I thought of you while touching myself and making that sig.
I will give it a shot.
Would I ever lead you wrong in the full-on category, Mag?
No ofc, would you dare!
Very nice varied selection of thumping tracks. Tons of energy!!!!
I enjoyed it very much and it was well mixed
Thank you, dude! I thought this one was a bit more polished than frequency surge, I loaded this one with stompers.
I downloaded your set, I will review when I get a chance, I have an exam coming soon!

Cheers mate.Im in no hurry for feedback just listen when you get a moment! Im more focused on mixing goa right now! I did that mix just for something different
Hey just wondering what did you use to mix this set?
Traktor Pro 1.2 + Vestax VCI-100 + Numark DJ-IO
Thanks, Sushi!
Edit: Got the names of my gear switched. My bad.
Bump. I'm pretty proud of this one, hope some of you other psyguys check it out!
Zip, I've heard a few of your mixes and this one is the best you've done so far.It was your mixing that stood out excellant
and the tracks you used!
Did it take long to put together?
I generally just put tracklists together over time, but it took a while to find a few of the last pieces to this puzzle
As far as my mixing, yeah I think I nailed most of the transitions, except perhaps the first one, I felt it was far too bass-heavy. As a whole, I think it's well polished and better than my other full-on sets. Too bad I didn't have a few more tracks to make it just a bit longer.
grabbing this now and will give it a listen later
Sure, I'll give it a whack
Any word, fellas? I don't think it's ever taken this long for Mag to review one of my sets!
Speaking of Mag, I plan on listening to your ambient set as soon as I can.
I gave it a listen during the workday on Friday, but I'd like to listen again before really making any comments, as I was terribly busy and wasn't focused enough to give a fair review. It did make for good work-music, though!

Take your time, man, you don't even have to give a full review if you don't want. I just hope you liked it
The set was nice. Overall its weaknesses were that it didn't have a good intro song (imo), some ropey and key clashey transitions (44 min for example) and a few tracks that I didnt like in particular (mainly from the first part, second was awesome). Pluses are that there is no cheese, it has good structure and its a pleasure to listen from start to end without getting boring. Nice one and sorry for my late review, I am (still) very busy this month and barely finding time to listen to sets.
Haha, darn I was hoping you would have enjoyed it more than that. I understand about the first track, but I didn't want to start off slamming the listener in the face like Frequency Surge, I wanted a bit more of a gentle introduction.
As you know, with full-on it's hard to keep things interesting and in key at the same time, so I apologize about a few ropey transitions. I tried my best
Unfortunately, this will probably be my last standard full-on set, but some of my future sets may have some full-on vibes. Out of curiosity, which tracks did you not enjoy? Thanks for listening as always
If you take into account my personal situation at the moment, trust me, this is a very good review for the set.
I've been there, dude, your last Goa mix I listened to I couldn't enjoy properly because of personal issues. So I hear ya. I hope everything works out for you, whether it be lady issues, work problems, or just stress in general. Take it easy, Mag ![]()
not my usual but having a listen while i tidy the house.
