It's weird seeing all these European DJ's cancelling or trading gigs.
Paul Van Dyk, Mauro Picotto, James Zabiela, Armin Van Buuren, Sander Kleinenberg, Gareth Emery, Menno De Jong and I'm sure tons of other DJ's cancelled gigs. Sander K is even filling in for Steve Lawler according to Sander's twitter.
Ya, but what can they do? A lot of flights got canceled in UK/Europe because of the volcano.

a co-worker was supposed to fly out to Europe yesterday morning. She's back to work today due to the flight cancellations 
my company is based in the UK and some of our senior staf went there on Monday for yearly meeting
and now they are stranded over there

CFO
VP Of Operations
VP of Marketing
VP of Materials/ Purchasing
VP of Sales
...all stranded

Ronski Speed, Kyau Albert, Ashley Wallbridge are stuck in europe too, I don't think ANY flights are going in or out

not just ash, but a lot of microscopic glass shards mixed with sulfur dioxide, which continues to tear down lung tissue long after the clouds settle. i imagine it causes a shitstorm of inflammation, and in the case of death, pulmonary edema to the point of drowning in acid-filled lungs. fun stuff...

I was supposed to see Chris Lake here in Tokyo last night but he is also stuck in Europe!
Damn promoters didn't even announce he canceled. I had wondered why the DJ during the headlining slot didn't look like Chris Lake and wasn't very good.
Thank god Ferry Corsten was already in Japan before the ash overtook Europe! Gonna go see him tonight.
This 2012 stuff is no joke! The sun is 100% gearing up after being in a solar minimum for so long. The sun has a good chance of being the cause of all the earthquake's and volcanic activity we've been experiencing.
We are definitely living in some interesting times. We'll only be able to tell in the next few months if these natural disasters are going to pick up, Due to the sun sending out CME (coronal mass ejection) and it hitting Earth's magnetic field.
So everybody start partying like it's 1999!
