Falony - Felatious [psychedelic rock/60's rock/blotterhop]
I did this one a little while ago but I don't believe I ever posted it. It was my first real swing at mixing rock. And my first real dive into this form of rock. I didn't really finish it, but this is what I recorded after a few takes, and then I kinda forgot about it.

Oh my fucking god.
Let's hear it for the pity bump. Awww yeah.
Where is Hendrix??
(downloading)
Haha, there's a Hendrix cover in there, don't worry.
I wanted to steer clear of the well-known artists since, well, they're well-known.
i downloaded this ages ago out of pure curiosity, turned out nice bro
SONIC BOOM.
Definitely rocked my face off listening to this one. Mixing was great with the exception of the one out of I'm Tripping Alone. I can imagine that track was hard to mix with There's No Blood in Bone. Flow was great but maybe Forest of Black raped my brain a bit too early. When I heard that shit I could have sworn you were on some drugs
Excellent set, tho, this is obviously some serious hippie shit, and I loved it. How much of this music was 1960's-1970's?
Actually, there's a lot from the 90's and 2000's simply because a lot of the old 60's recordings sound almost too muddy. But stuff like Sharon Tandy is definitely 60's. Yeah, minor false-advertising
The flow is kinda fucked in this, which is why I ended it and never really got back around to it. And I probably won't, I kinda like it the way it is, in an ironic sense. Thanks for checking in as always, good sir.
Make a set archive. Is there anything interesting that you have created that I haven't heard yet? I think I started listening to your stuff around Dublanta and maybe a few sets before that.
see, you can make part 2 of this and just edit them bitches together to make a kick ass set!
How did i miss this? Sweet.
Listening to this again today, its so brilliant! How did u mix it? Maybe one day ill try to mix some 70's music, must be loads of fun
turntables as always.
This mix was recorded at a friend's who has 3x cdj 1000mk3's and a djm 800.
Other mixes of mine are recorded at my house on 2x cdj 1000mk2's and a xone 42.
Mainly I just spend a lot of time prepping. I couldn't ever do something like this live
Any chance you could upload this one somewhere for me? Seem to have lost it at some point.
Eerrrrp, yeah. It's 'ploading.
