Wemf Roll Call!!!!!!!!!

Alright enough screwing around now, this is the roll call for wemf for both days.... Liquidchick and I will be heading up there early on Friday morning, so we can beat the huge line-up that will happen later on... so what's going with everyone... what days are you going/where to camp, ect. ?????

see my problem is I have absolutely no-one to go with so that's why I am sort of backing out even though I want to see Lange & Yves De Ruyter! I remember liquidchick mentioning about crashing with you guys, but I don't wanna be a burden!

Plus I am spending money on vinyl like crazy ever since I got my TT's so I am kind of broke all the time. Thus I still have not got a ticket yet! Plus all the expenses there (food, water, etc), don't really have too much for it!

Without a doubt, I will be there.

My residencies will be the destiny main stage, the eclipse psy/goa tent, and prolly the dose tent as well.

I'm gonna avoid the hulla tent as much as possible this year.

I'm definately going to be there, I'll be there at around 12, or 1pm on Friday.

I've edited the WEMF Venue Map from WEMF's site, and added a TA section (I posted this in the WEMF thread, but here it is again.)

I've added the W Area. So, although it's not an official spot, it's the only TA spot I've heard of.

I will most definitely will NOT be attending this event. With the exception of FUZION & possibly the Cold One, all the other artists really do not appeal to me!

Dude, that's a lame reason not to go... I mean, this is gonna be so awesome, regardless of who's spinning. What matters, is the people there, and what the DJ's are spinnin...

Ahh man that kinda sux... you wouldn't have been a burnden at all... i know at least 10+ of my friends will be there, so one more wouldn't fuck it up! If you can get a ride there, then everything will be great... TAKE THE SHUTTLE!!!!! fuck... i know expenses are alot for this, it's a killer to the wallet, but man!!!

im going up friday morning, plan on arriving right at noon on friday...just like last year

i hate the long line-ups...especially carrying all that shit

im going to be spinning on saturday afternoon from 12:30 - 2pm in the TRIBE Tent
so i hope to see some support from other TA's, maybe have a little meet then...(if people are awake of course...thoug h i doubt anyone is going to sleep in the afternoon heat)

so come by and check out my set, hear some good quality epic & uplifting trance, and who knows what else im gonna throw in there

maybe a track or two by lange to prepare ourselves for saturday nights performance?

me and my Ottawa friends will be leaving early Friday morning. Lasy year I waited 11 hrs to get into the damn place and because of that I had an iky time. This time I want to be set up and then take a nap to relax.
I can't wait until Saturday night - that is the best night and I will be in the Destiny area and Hullabaloo area to see DJ Brisk - I need my dose of happy hardcore

I'm going to WEMF... I'll try to look for you guys. I'll be with a few friends too. GL to everyone from here who is playing there... I'll try to check you guys out. Anyone know of the best time to get there on friday?

Also, is it better to park in Toronto and take the shuttle, or drive and park there, or park in the town close by and take that shuttle (if there is one). Thanks! See everyone in a few days!

Drive all the way there FOR SURE...


Parking is free there and the shuttle bus from TO can be a huge bitch... Took it last year and will never do that again. They may have improved it this year but one bus going there and back was unacceptable. Plus you have to pay extra.

Just drive and avoid the headache.

Wow that sounds like a good idea then. I wonder if there will be enough space for parking.

Also, sorry about the stupid question. But could someone please explain the difference between the music at all the tents? I'm trying to figure out where to spend my time. Thanks!

not enough time to explain the intricacies between all the tents. Its easy to walk around and experiance so many different styles. There is nothing wrong with being a tourist.

In the end you'll be staying where you think it is the best *cough* destiny *cough*

Actually parking isn't free... it's like $20/$15 for the weekend, without in-out privileges, but if you ask me it's still worth the drive... because if you park your car in Toronto... you still have to pay for parking + pay for the shuttle bus(+ hassles that go along with it).
Drive get there faster, plus it's more secure!

actually this year there is a one time fee of $20 and you'll have in/out parking privledges

Is there a TA meetup planned, or is it just way too hard in such a mess of humanity?

How about we schedule a rendezvous sometime Saturday afternoon (to accommodate the 1s of us with the 2 day passes ) and start warming up for the night, all we have to do is pick the spot and agree on a time and the rest is history

I'd go for Saturday around 5pm ... Trancenerd suggested a TA zone on here : http://www.n4h.ca/~aaron/wemf-venue-big-ta.jpg, I have no problem with it
