i cant bear sittin at home neither do any of the others i meet on TA..unlike people like her who prefer to sleep for 15 hours of the day rather than standard required (8hours)(i sleep for 4) anyway..so ya they sleep most of their life away

mixing beats for some of us is a hobby. not many of us will make it big, and i don't think a lot plan to because there's already a lot of dj's around, but a lot of us view it as a hobby, something to do in your spare time instead of sitting there and watching tv.

Let people who like z103.5 have their events. Althought to some, it may seem like cheese, what does it matter? Cheese contrasts what real music is all about, so without it, we would have nothing to compare to and it wouldn't be the same.

Z103.5 is better than all the other radiostations in TO cause they actually play something else other than Hip hop shit all the time but that sitll does not make me want to go to their events.

2 things:

1. I don't DJ in a basement. I have a room with a nice window and a decent view.
2. I do not mix to become the "next best thing". This is my hobby and I go to quality events that don't fucking over charge me on booze (with the exception of GUV) like Systems where I can have a better time for less money than the Z103 Summer Rush where I am forced to be around screaming Teenie Boppers that are high on cheap drugs and white-out/glue. She just wants to go see that closet Fag Joee who makes chicks think he can fuck with them when in fact he has admitted he is gay.

I went there last year and all these chicks are screaming for Joee and I tell them he is gay. They tell me "No he's not!" n shit. They should perhaps read the club mags for their info on their favourite stars or go online to find some news. I hate it when artists misconcept their fans about themselves that's my only problem with him. But anyways, back to the subject;

This chciks is probably just jealous cause she:

1. Does not even know how to turn on a mixer.
2. Uses the internet for Chatting and internet Pr0n/cyber Sex ONLY!

This is my hobby and Trance, along with some other music styles like Dark house, Old School electronic and Old school Rave (180-200 BPM! from '95) are my favourite music styles. So what makes me so bad that I do not want to go to these Corporate hyped Events and enjoying mixing my own beats on the side? That makes me a hermit? I think she should get off the chatrooms, Joee dudeBridge chatrooms and Instant messenger progs. She should go to GUV and systems on her weekends instead of sitting at home in her Room going into the EC chatrooms unless she is ACTUALLY there in front of the City TV building herself screaming like an idiot hoping to get in on a Friday nite.

I mean, seriously...her arguements make no sense whatsoever. Ya, some of us DJ, as a hobby...instead wasting space in front of the tv. But is that only thing we do? No!

Some people have a passion, which gives them some sort of fulfillment in life...ours, TA's, just happens to be electronic music that gives us that fulfillment. What about her? Does she have a passion for anything? Or is she too "cool" for that? Cuz I've noticed that the moment people show some sort of depth in their personality (i.e. not being shallow, waste's of space), they're automatically labelled as "losers". Some people really need to get their ignorant heads out of their asses.
