exactly why i've stopped posting in this section. gone to absolute shit with unnecessary spamming of links.

This forum is not here to solely share links to sets. It was never set up with the intention of being a file sharing forum. Links have been allowed to radio sets as it makes IDing the tracklist (exactly what this forum was set up to do) much easier.

no one ever requests a tracklist, they just up a set from another source to as many servers as they can to get premium points. fucking rediculous.

the problem can be solved very easy! This section needs an active moderator, who will warn such users otherwise ban from board. Simple rules. I would like to moderate that section, as i have opportunity and spend a lot of time near computer.

Good point.
However, the mod responsible for the cleaning will have a day job keeping the ends together. It's worth a try though.

ANyone has an idea who should pm to set some wheels in motion?

Posted by Glaniskanis on Jun-01-2010 19:42:

Hell yes there should be a more active mod (the current ones are way too busy I think) that will just remove all the threads that are placed without any apparant tracklisting reason.
The useless flood of links for sets no one ever comments on or tracklists for is ridiculous.

@djash you could PM Swamper about wanting that mod-job and paste a link to this thread

djash would make a great mod! He knows this section inside out

It was 2 years ago or even 3, when i sent pm to Swamper about obtaining moderator status in that section (Tracks section). But didn't get any answer in return. Those days i had much more spare time, than now, but anyway most time computer near by me

i did that a few months ago after **** and alk666 signed up, but again got no response.

Posted by ThaMaestro on Jun-03-2010 06:57:

perhaps PM-ing DRM or montana is an idea then?

Posted by djash on Jun-03-2010 07:40:

Damn! We have to clear up that section, update links in DJs Tracklisting Archive with all new archives, update rules, open topic for some freash ideas how to make it better e.t.c, BUT HOW?
