Electrique Boutique - Revelation (DATA Release)

I got The DATA release of Electrique Boutique - Revelation (Original & Ferry Corsten Remix) The 1st 12".
The thing is that it's a scratching noise throu half the track.

I'm just wondering if someone else got the same problem...?

I ordered it from Juno....I spoke with a guy there and he said that it was the same problem with all of the twelves. So someone else but me must have it.
