Steak & lobster with baked potatoes and salad made with strawberries, goat cheese, & a little mint.

Then chocolate-covered strawberries for dessert.

Lots of strawberries.

after making an incredible ga xao sa o't on monday and a great Mee Goreng last night, I'm rocking some week-old leftover meatballs and veg tonight

Posted by Ian on May-14-2010 08:53:

I want to try this one

Oxtail & Cranberry Casserole

but in reality, it's leftover pork & onion meatballs in sauce with veggies and mini yorkshire puds.

Ah, last night we had black bean and rice burritos with roasted corn, red pepper, onion, and avacado spread with cheese and a side of lettuce, sour cream, and more avacado. Amazingly tasty for being completely vegetarian

The girlfriend cut up some chicken this morning and is cooking chicken and noodles in the crock pot all day.

She'll then top it over mashed potatoes. Absolutely delicious.

Roasting a chicken. Will be served with roasted potato, pumpkin, onion, and peas. And gravy, of course.

A bit of overkill for two people lol, but we get to have the leftover chicken on sammiches for the next few days. Om nom nom nom.

awesome stu, although potatoes are yuck. I've never actually eaten pumpkin. I tend to serve my stuff with things like baby corn, leeks, asparagus, brocolli, cauliflower, cabbages etc.

tonight, lambs liver, smoked bacon & onion served with veggies.

I eat lots of corn, brocolli and cauliflower too, but not usually with roasts.

I can't wait till I'm no longer living at this shit school and eating their shit food and can actually have GOOD food for dinner again.

Preferably with lots of broccoli!
